Movement and body work are essential to bring awareness to your experience.
The approach I offer is derived from the understanding that body and mind are interconnected. It can be helpful to address experiences like low mood, restlessness and anxiety with care and responsiveness to the body.
There can be a tendency to disengage and dissociate from the "felt experience" in the body. Avoidance to feel and sense into our experience can have detrimental effects for general health and well-being.
Movement and awareness exercises can assist the process of feeling into the bodily experience and are usually integrated into my courses.
I also offer one-to-one body work which fuses mindfulness, massage and other forms such as breath awareness.
