Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction

8-week evening course at Exeter College.
The course is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and others who developed MBSR to enable participants to learn mindfulness in order to increase wellbeing, emotional and physical health and learn how to deal with difficulties and stress in beneficial ways.
We will introduce and practice all key mindfulness practices; discuss and explore topics like how to work with thoughts and much more.

Deepening Mindfulness

8-week evening course at Exeter College.
The course aims to rekindle the passion and interest in mindfulness for people with some knowledge of mindfulness. We review all key practices, have
dedicated practice sessions and will inquire into the depths and beauty of mindfulness.

6-week day time course to develop skills and explore ideas how to become more connected, appreciative and thereby being able to develop aspects of being assertive and authentic.The course is run as a Devon Recovery Learning Community course in partnership with Exeter College.

Exploring Happiness

The 6-week day time course explores our assumptions about what does it mean to be happy with exercises and discussions. Practical ideas of how to feel more content with oneself and live will be explored and potentially thereby become more happy.

8 week long mindfulness course at Ide, Organic Arts.
The course will bring mindfulness practices to a farm and arts environment with explorating the natural world and interact creatively.
