I offer mindfulness courses and workshops for the general public, as well as providing bespoke courses for charities and organisations.

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction

8-week course
The course is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and others who developed MBSR to enable participants to learn and apply mindfulness skills in order to increase well-being, emotional and physical health and to deal with difficulties and stress in beneficial ways.
All key mindfulness practices of the official MBSR curriculum will be introduced and practised; there will be reflections and discussion for example working with thoughts and much more. A commitment to home practice is recommended in order to experience the full benefits.

Mindfulness and Depression

6-week day time course.
Key mindfulness practices will form part of the course content plus an understanding of the signs, triggers and symptoms of mild to moderate Depression.
