Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction

8-week evening course at Exeter College.
The course is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and others who developed MBSR to enable participants to learn mindfulness in order to increase well-
being, emotional and physical health and learn how to deal with difficulties and stress in beneficial ways. We will introduce all key practices; discuss and explore topics like how to work with thoughts, difference between mindfulness and other forms of meditation and much more.

Deepening Mindfulness

8-week evening course at Exeter College.
The course aims to rekindle the passion and interest in mindfulness for people with some knowledge of mindfulness. We we review all key practices, have
dedicated practice sessions and will inquire into the depths and beauty of mindfulness.

6-week day time course to develop skills and explore ideas how to become more connected, appreciative and thereby being able to develop aspects of being assertive and authentic.The course is run as a Devon Recovery Learning Community course in partnership with Exeter College.
